Our mission is to become the recognised focal point for high quality, low cost mutual assistance, education and training in health, safety and environmental protection for local businesses.

Richard Gotheridge
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Director at KBS Maritime
Richard has a career spanning SHEQ within the construction, civil engineering, rail and defence sectors, including most recently ten years working for the private contractors tasked with the management of His Majesty’s Naval Base Portsmouth.
He is a strong advocate of HSE professionals making the business case for health, safety and environment management programmes and professionalising the HSE sector. This includes not just training, but through regular knowledge-sharing and a continual curiosity.
Richard used a number of forums and groups throughout his career to establish what good looked like. He is therefore keen to promote and ensure the continued development of the Hampshire Health, Safety and Environmental Group as a high quality, low cost mutual assistance focal point for local individuals and businesses.
